I should have posted about this before, but I was just reminded that tomorrow is the last day to submit your startup company for the Digital World Expo Startup Speaker Series. You can see all the details on submitting an application at the link, but here are the application requirements:
- Companies must be 2 years old or younger.
- Presentation length: Up to 10 min only.
- Tech-development and tech-media services, products, or tools only.
- Products and services must fulfill a specific consumer or professional need.
That fits a lot of Vegas Tech companies. I participated last year and it was a great experience getting on stage and pitching. Plus, I still talk with many of the Vegas Tech people I met at the event about the experience and how our relationship started at Digital World Expo. There’s a special kinship that happens when you each have an experience pitching on the same stage.
If you haven’t already, go and submit your startup company. Plus, the Digital World Expo party was incredible as well. This being the second year, I bet it will be bigger and better.
For those of you who don’t have a startup company, you can register to attend as well. To see the startup pitches you only need the $25 (or possibly free) registration for the exhibit hall. If you’re interested in the digital world and the 50 different classes and workshops, then the pass is $750.
I’m looking forward to seeing a lot of Vegas Tech people at Digital World Expo.
